The sealed track suspended conveyor is a continuous materials conveyor composed of straight track, bent track, double hinged chain, driving unit and tensioning unit. It was honored the national silver award in 1989 by advantageous property and high quality. It is applicable to the production site with a single-point hoisting capacity of below 30 kg; the linearity is collocated with square sealed track and omni-directional hinged chain; it is in the ring sealed profile. The whole product is featured as simple and reasonable structure, stable operation, low noise, energy saving and convenient maintenance; besides, it is able to adjust the conveying speed.
It is applicable to the household appliance industry, diesel machine industry, bicycle and motor cycle industry, butchery industry; conveying of light materials, assembly of work pieces, pre-treatment and coating; it is known as a widely applied conveyor in the domestic enterprises. It is able to establish an integrated assembly line by coordinating with the ground production line.
